Notary Fees in Texas are as follows:

$10 for first signature on each document

$1 for each additional signature on the same document

Copies $1 per page up to 10 pages, $0.10 thereafter

Certified copies $5.00 certification fee, plus $1.00 per page per document

$10 convenience fee, will be applied to all notary services needed on holiday's or asap appointments.

Plus $0.67 per mile outside of Iowa Colony, TX, will be applied.

*Additional fees may be applied for parking, printing, waiting, or no shows, etc.  

 

Payment:

Accept Cash, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, Google Pay, and Venmo. **No Checks Accepted**.

Please pay the Notary directly at the time of service

Invoice/Receipt available upon request.

 

* Witnesses- If your document requires witnesses, they can NOT be related to signers or mentioned in documents. Nurses/Medical staff will NOT sign as a witness. If you do not have a proper witness available, please let me know.

* All signers MUST be present with a current State ID or Driver's License. No Copies Accepted.

* All documents need to be completed and filled out before signing. DO NOT SIGN documents before meeting with Notary.
